Gynaecomastia refers to the appearance of breast in males. The adolscent or young males are unable to derobe in public places such as swimming pools and can undergo a great deal of embarassment. The best option remains surgery which is liposuction most often through a few cms incision below the nipple. The results are usually extremely rewarding.
